Upon arrival, accessed approximately 20-year-old air handler unit installed in ceiling space above business location. Performed comprehensive Cool 10+ preventive maintenance inspection on the affected system. Examined air handler cabinet, refrigerant lines, and associated components in confined ceiling installation area. Inspected copper refrigerant piping, electrical connections, and control systems. Verified proper operation of all mechanical components and assessed overall system condition given age of equipment. Documented existing installation configuration with multiple copper lines running through structural framing. System evaluated for cooling performance and operational efficiency to address reported lack of cold air output.
