Observed aged, dusty galvanized flue and duct piping in the unfinished joist space, along with discolored joist and subfloor wood suggesting possible past moisture exposure, and documented all findings with photos to support the replacement recommendations.

Replaced HVAC, first had Shane come out to repair old unit but it was more cost effective to think about replacement. Aaron came out that same day,was very thorough with his measurements and evaluation. Sat down at my kitchen table and we discussed options, his insights and knowledge helped me make a decision on which unit would best suit our needs. Three days later Cesar arrived early morning along with Hunter and got to work. This was a big job and it was really hot outside. They were very courteous and professional. They removed all the wrappers and old units, even combed the grass for any small parts they might have missed. Very satisfied with the end results. Thank you for your speedy, but excellent service!
