Conducted HVAC system assessment and estimate for aging 20-year-old R22 residential system referred by service technician. System currently operational but nearing end of service life. Documented existing equipment configuration including furnace installation in mechanical room with associated ductwork, humidifier unit, PVC condensate drain/vent piping, and electrical connections. Photographed electrical panel to verify circuit capacity and existing HVAC electrical infrastructure for future replacement planning. Provided technical consultation regarding system replacement options given R22 refrigerant phase-out and equipment age considerations.

Conducted technical assessment of 25-year-old wood insert located in basement for replacement estimate. Existing unit showed significant age-related deterioration with evidence of heat damage and soot accumulation throughout the firebox cavity. Documented current installation conditions including concrete block surround construction, clearances, and venting configuration. Photographed existing opening dimensions and structural components to determine compatibility options for either new wood stove or wood insert replacement. Provided homeowner with technical recommendations regarding both freestanding wood stove and insert options based on existing infrastructure and installation requirements.

Completed full HVAC system installation including SLP99UH090XV48CK furnace, CK40CT-48C coil, SL25KCV-048 condenser unit, and S40 thermostat. Installed eight zone dampers (six 22v25 units and two 22v26 units) with communicating control panel. All refrigerant lines properly routed through attic space with insulation sleeves, air handler mounted and secured in attic with proper clearances, and electrical disconnect box installed on exterior wall with fused safety switch. System tested and operational with two-year CCP coverage activated.
