Inspected outdoor condenser unit positioned on concrete pad at exterior of structure, checking compressor operation and mechanical components for source of reported grinding noise. Evaluated fan motor and compressor cycling during operation. Performed complete tune-up maintenance including inspection of electrical connections, refrigerant pressures, and overall system operation. Documented equipment condition with photographs of condenser unit exterior and air handler internal components showing control board, motor assembly, capacitors, and wiring configuration.
